Our Policy


  • Pre-Event Consultation to discuss timeline, locations, and specific shot requests.
  • For All Wedding Vendor Services, there is an Estimated Delivery Time of 3 - 4 months for clients to receive their final photos/films. 2 - 6 weeks for engagement/proposal photos. (Delivery Time may vary based on Editing Queue; I give each project the time and care it deserves to ensure every couple receives their Photos/Films that feel special and polished) 
  • For All Photography/Videography Services, clients will have a 14-Day Access to their Online Gallery through a unique link sent to their provided email address.  
  • For All Photography/Videography Services, once all pre-event details are spoken over the phone with client, confirmed & signed under a contract, then a non-refundable 50% online deposit is due to secure the event date.
  • All Remaining Balance is due 30 calendar days before event date. (All Late Payments incur a 5% penalty fee per week)
  • All Payments are made through invoice with Debit Card, Credit Card, or ACH Bank Transfer payment options.
  • If Client cancels 60+ days before [Event Date], the deposit is non-refundable, but no further fees are owed.
  • If Client cancels within 60 days, 50% of the total fee is due.
  • I as your Lead Photographer/Videographer, if at any unforeseen circumstances need to cancel, a full refund will be issued, or a substitute photographer/videographer of equal skill will be provided with Client approval.
  • I as your Lead Photographer/Videographer, am not liable for failure to perform due to acts of God, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
  • I as your Lead Photographer/Videographer, will take reasonable care to protect equipment, images, footage, and audio but am not liable for loss due to technical failures beyond my control.
  • I as your Lead Photographer/Videographer, retains copyright to all images/films/ and audio but grants the Client a non-exclusive license for personal use (e.g., sharing, printing).
  • Commercial Use of Images/Films requires written consent from me as your Photographer/Videographer.
